Hereinafter referred to as Tushita.
2. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of retreats, courses and activities offered through the platform cursos.tushita.es.
Booking any activity implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. BOOKING PROCESS
- The user selects the retreat or activity.
- The user completes the registration form with accurate information.
- The user makes the payment through the payment methods available on the platform.
- The user receives confirmation by email.
The booking shall only be considered confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been sent by email.
Tushita reserves the right of admission and the right to request additional information when necessary.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
- All prices are displayed in euros (€).
- Prices include applicable taxes.
- Payment is made through the payment methods available on the platform.
- Tushita reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting bookings already confirmed.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If a participant is unable to attend the course or retreat, the following policy shall apply:
- Up to 7 days before the retreat: 90% of the total amount will be refunded (with a maximum retention of €30).
- From 7 days to 48 hours before the retreat: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Within 48 hours prior to the retreat: No refund will be issued.
- In the event of duly proven force majeure or if Tushita cancels the activity: A full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
To formalize a cancellation, an email must be sent to:

The valid date for calculating the refund shall be the date on which the email is received.
6. CANCELLATION BY TUSHITA
Tushita reserves the right to cancel or modify a retreat in the event of:
- Failure to reach the minimum number of participants.
- Organizational reasons.
- Force majeure (natural disasters, health restrictions, teacher unavailability, etc.).
In such cases, the user may choose between:
- A full refund of the amount paid.
- Rescheduling to another available date.
Tushita shall not be responsible for any additional external expenses (transportation, tickets, etc.).
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Since the retreats and courses offered have specific dates, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the booking has been formalized. Only the cancellation policy set forth in Section 5 shall apply.
8. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
The participant declares:
- That they are in adequate physical and psychological condition to participate.
- That they will inform Tushita in advance of any relevant medical condition.
- That they participate voluntarily and under their own responsibility.
Tushita shall not be liable for injuries, damages or losses arising from participation, except where legally required.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the platform (texts, images, logos, training materials) is the property of Tushita or used under license.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without express authorization is prohibited.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided shall be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation.

11. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS
Tushita reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms shall be those in force at the time of booking.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence.
